“Useful for Communication but Lacks Key ERP Features”
We used ADDA for our society with 800+ flats. The app is clean and easy to navigate, and it handles basic communication tasks like facility bookings, resident notices, and announcements reasonably well. For small societies, this can be helpful. However, when it comes to accounting and ERP, ADDA falls short. Bulk invoice posting is missing, defaulter blocking is limited, and GST or TDS reports often require manual reconciliation. Vendor management and SLA tracking are absent, and audit-ready date-stamped ledgers are not available. During busy billing cycles, the app slows down, which creates delays. Pros: Simple and intuitive interface Covers basic society communication needs Easy for residents to view notices and make payments Cons: Lacks bulk posting and advanced ERP features No defaulter blocking for residents Limited vendor management and SLA tracking Not scalable for larger societies (1000+ flats) Overall: ADDA works for very small communities looking for basic communication tools. For medium to large RWAs needing robust ERP, audit-ready reports, and automated billing, ADDA is not sufficient.
Pros : ADDA has a clean, intuitive interface that is easy for residents to navigate. It allows users to view notices, make maintenance payments, and book facilities with minimal effort. Small societies can manage basic communication and day-to-day operations efficiently. The setup is straightforward, and residents find the app convenient for routine tasks. For communities with simple requirements, ADDA provides a basic digital solution that reduces reliance on manual registers or WhatsApp groups.
Cons : While ADDA handles basic communication, it falls short as a full ERP solution. It lacks bulk invoice posting, defaulter blocking, vendor management, and detailed audit-ready reports for GST and TDS compliance. Performance can slow down in larger societies with over 1,000 flats. Integration with smart locks or advanced access control systems is not available. Additionally, support for urgent ERP-related issues can be slow, making it less reliable for medium or large RWAs that require comprehensive management and automation.
Reason to switch : ADDA ERP is a simple and easy-to-use app that works well for small societies, handling communication tasks like bookings, notices, and announcements. But for larger communities, it struggles with advanced needs — bulk invoicing, GST/TDS reports, vendor management, SLA tracking, and audit-ready ledgers are missing. The app also slows down during billing cycles, causing delays. Overall, it suits small RWAs but lacks the ERP strength required for medium and large ones
