About Techjockey

We seek a talented and experienced SEO Executive to join our organic growth team efforts in alignment with the latest search engine algorithms and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, particularly in e-commerce, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. This role demands a strategic thinker with high technical proficiency and a proven track record of driving organic growth.

Responsibility

1. Advanced SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies aligned with the latest Google algorithm updates (e.g., Search Generative Experience (SGE), Core Web Vitals, EEAT).
• Optimize structured data, schema markup, and technical SEO elements to enhance search visibility.
• Create scalable, AI-driven SEO frameworks for automation and improved efficiency.

2. Technical SEO & AI Integration

• Ensure site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals meet Google's latest standards.
• Utilize AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Bard, RankBrain) to enhance content strategies and user experience.
• Implement server-side SEO improvements (log file analysis, hreflang, canonicals, XML sitemaps).
• Conduct advanced audits to detect and fix SEO issues, including page speed, mobile-friendliness, and security enhancements.

3. E-commerce SEO & Performance Optimization

• Optimize product pages, category pages, and structured data to improve ranking in Google Shopping & organic search.
• Implement programmatic SEO strategies for large-scale eCommerce websites.
• Enhance local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization for omnichannel reach.
• Improve conversion rates (CRO) and user experience (UX) to increase engagement (Traffic, Leads) and Conversions.

4. AI-Driven Content & Search Trends

• Work closely with content teams to create search-optimized AI-generated content.
• Leverage natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to optimize for AI Overviews, Generative engines (Geo) and LLMs for semantic search & voice search.
• Develop automated content optimization workflows using AI tools like SurferSEO, Clearscope, and MarketMuse.

5. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
• Implement predictive SEO strategies using AI and real-time data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine SEO and content performance.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, product, content, and digital marketing teams to implement cross-functional SEO strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and evolving search algorithms to keep the company at the forefront of SEO innovation.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or a similar role
• Strong understanding of SEO techniques and best practices, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
