To move the taskbar from side to bottom, right-click on an empty area of the taskbar. Uncheck ‘Lock the taskbar’ if it's checked. Left click on the taskbar, drag it to the bottom of the screen, and release it. Right-click again and select ‘Lock the taskbar’ to secure its position.
