You can find your local IP address from the command prompt by typing the following command: ipconfig

This will list all of the network adapters on your computer, including their IP addresses. The IP address that you are looking for is the one that starts with 192.168. or 10.

To check internal traffic filter click on add comparison. Then Test data filter and choose your filter name. You can see users in real time, you can also go to report snapshot to get daily data.
