The Leave Recalculator allows admins to accurately recalculate leaves for two categories of employees: those who have resigned and those serving their notice period. The remaining leave balance can be adjusted during the notice period or included in their final settlement.  By recalculating employees' leave, the system ensures that their entitled leave days are accurately reflected, promoting fairness, transparency, and compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

The free plan allows up to 5 users. To add more than 5 users, you must upgrade to a paid plan

To Upgrade to a Premium Subscription Plan with Leave Dates, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Leave Dates account
• Navigate to the 'Billing' section
• Choose the premium plan that suits your needs
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade

To Import Public Holidays in Leave Dates, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Leave Dates account
• Go to 'Settings'
• Click on 'Public Holidays'
• Choose the country and region to import the relevant public holidays into your calendar.
• Hit Save

To Lock Dates to Prevent Staff from Booking Leave in Leave Dates, follow the steps given below:

• Open your Leave Dates account.
• Navigate to 'Settings'
• Click on 'Leave Limits'
• Specify the dates during which leave booking should be restricted
• Hit Save

To Cancel a Subscription with Leave Dates, follow the steps given below:

To Request Time Off in Leave Dates, follow the steps given below:
