“Company is not trustworthy which means that they do not offer any long term value. They use to sell a pay upfront lifetime data backup plan. For all of us that bought that plan, they cancelled our accounts without any notice, deleted the saved/backed up data and then when contacted basically said too bad. Working with their support organization was a waste of time. They have proven they do not care about their customers and will not stand behind the products they they sell. So there is not value is purchasing anything from them”

“I've bought today a lifetime plan (1TB) and it is amazing how good the service is for reasonable price. Support is excellent - chat works great, I talk to real people instead of bots, all problems are being solved immediately.”
