People Gauge Overview

People Gauge was originally developed by Maggie Palou an experienced HR Director, renowned for her practical approach to business and HR and an understanding on the positive benefits of employee engagement. As well as running People Gauge, Maggie is also the HR Director for Parkdean, one of the UK’s largest holiday park operators. Alongside People Gauge sits Student Gauge which has been designed to address very similar issues but within a specific learning environment. Student Gauge allows the proactive measurement of engagement levels of learners in relation to their overall experience at school, college or place of learning. It covers their whole environment so it complements the more academic quality control checks that are already in place. We have also now developed Parent Gauge to allow Head Teachers to understand and evidence exactly how engaged their parents and governors are.
