“Integration with social media channels like facebook, linked in, etc. is limited to audience passing. Hosting of Eloqua is not in India so could impact domestic sms capabilities. Also no native integration with Whatsapp yet. Costs are also higher Vs new tools in the market. New feature development also seems to have slowed down over the years.”
