“Am using MSG91 SMS service for the last 5months but recently I have never seen this kind of worst service and support. They provided a kind of SDK model so they should update proper documentation and proper updates of each change & should be sending updates to the client also. But They simply made changes and without review they just published. I faced a lot of issues, the SMS is not working but they return SMS sent successfully but that is not delivered, SMS credit was debited even they log this kind of issue on their side, I lost many clients due to the MSG91 mistake (worst SMS api), but they simply replied will check and update. “My 50% OTP SMSs are getting failed, the resend OTP api also not working. Their support keep me routing by making different excuses - Excuse 1: Message sender ID needs be my own - ok, I set my own ID. It is still not working. Excuse 2: SMSs are sent, they sent me a log. But the time provided in their operator are not matching with my instances. Excuse 3: User's number is out of reach. - I have tested over 10 different numbers from different operators, different states to validate this but same, It was failed most of the times.
