The Company was founded in the year 1987 as HK Industries, as a privately owned family business. It became a Private Limited Company in 1993 and was rechristened as “HK Infoware Private Limited” in the year 2007. Later in the same year, it became a Public Limited Company.

Our strength is our team who are dedicated and innovative, driven by hardwork and sealed with teamwork. We have some of the best talents in the industry.

Over the past two decades, HKIL has invested steadily in Research & Development and Team Building. The concerted efforts HKIL has put in Technology Up-gradation, acquiring of latest Project Management Techniques and Competence Building across platforms like Microsoft and Open Source Technologies has resulted in the rapid expansion of its Services and Products portfolio.

HKIL has not limited its portfolio to its in-house developed products and solutions. Leveraging on more than two decades of IT Industry experience, high level of technical expertise and alliances with other solution providers, HKIL as a Systems Integrator has commissioned many turnkey projects successfully.
