“Although BambooHR is a solid HR management solution, there are a few areas where it could use improvement. First, the payroll functionality is not as robust as other systems dedicated specifically to managing payroll, which may require additional integrations for some companies. Also, while BambooHR offers customization options, more flexibility in configuring and customizing modules and workflows would be helpful to better suit the specific needs of each organization.
